I recieved a lot of usefull information in your presentation. The amount of items to loof for amazed me. But I think the most important items were things I would never look for before I attended this seminar. I now know what to look for by viewing the ground/landscaping, roof/shingles, and HVAC. I truly believe to read this would hyave been entirely differant; I would not have learned as much.
Once again, thank you for taking the time out of your schedual to explain what your role is in the home-buying process. After hearing your presentation, I believe your role in the seminar is one of the most important; you empower the future-homebuyer and hepl us to avoid major finacial and emotional heartache by purchasing wiesly.
